Synesthesia represents more than a year's worth of diligent work by Henry to create a flawless hardware platform and the gorgeous modulation algorithms that shine within it. With extensive dual-engine power comes new features and controls that elevate the modulation experience of the Synesthesia for maximum adaptability. A simple control surface creates an intuitive sense for adjustment and each knob also serves as a switch when pressed for advanced functions. For example, the order of the DSP engines can be flipped simply by holding the X and Y knobs down. Synesthesia ships with a current collection of 22 factory presets, with more user-requested presets to be added in later firmware updates (user performed via USB port). A full range of expressive creativity over these many sounds has been carefully looked after. Synesthesia's parameters can be warped and user-defined expression inputs, as well as CV Sources, can be used to develop responsive and integrated uses with other devices.
